Description Physical Therapist in Physical Therapy Unit at Santa
Rosa Memorial Hospital, CA. This position is Part time and will

Physical Therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning, and

from an accredited physical therapy school. California Physical
Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart
Association upon hire. Preferred qualifications: 1 year of

for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
