Job Summary: Communicate directly with distribution centers and customers to ensure accuracy in documentation, information, and services.Essential Job Duties:Handle phone and emails from customers.Call center functions to provide quality customer service.Ensure the company establishes and maintains constant communication with customers.Understanding of eBay and eCommerce sites (i.e. LKQonline.com)Knowledgeable on all aspects of product inventory, data entry, invoicing, cancellations, credits, and customer service inquiries.Communicate directly with distribution centers and customers to ensure accuracy in documentation, information, and services.Generate sales from online leads.Assumes other duties as assigned.Pay Rate: $18.00 per hourEducation and Experience1+ years of related applicable experience.HS Diploma or equivalent (DVS in Canada).Preferred QualificationsCollege coursework or degree.Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts.Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesMust be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.Must be able to communicate effectively and cooperate with others.Must be able to convey product information and availability to customers.Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with customers.Must be organized, motivated, and a self-starter.Essential Physical Demands/Work EnvironmentMust have the flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends.Must have the ability to work in an environment where frequent interruptions may occur.Must be able to work under pressure comfortably.Benefits:Health/Dental/Vision InsurancePaid Time Off401k with Generous Company MatchCompany Paid Life Insurance and Long-Term DisabilityShort Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance ProgramTuition ReimbursementEmployee Discounts
