you'll receive monthly compensation for hitting appointment goals
PLUS additional commissions using our awesome technology tools such
as our CRM database, goal-setting and monitoring software, and
speed-to-lead platforms.
This is a customer service-oriented role in real estate where you
can use your real estate license but not have to travel everywhere
showing houses! This role requires someone who enjoys strategy,
systems, and wants to be a pioneer. This career is perfect for you
if you are detail-oriented, systems-based, and have a
friendly/personable energy on the phone. This role serves as a
hybrid of roles.

phone conversations, texts, emails with potential clients, and

We're not interested in a traditional in-field Realtor or someone
who is looking for stability while they get into the industry. The
longer you're in this position, the more money you will make. We're
interested in someone who loves making connections but doesn't want
the traditional Realtor night/weekend schedule that pulls you out
of your home but is willing to respond at night and on the weekend
to calls/texts/emails from where you are at. Every answered text
and call on the weekend and at night from a lead is a money-making
opportunity!--

Responsibilities:
--- Manage the customer experience by serving as a concierge for
clients. This involves numerous phone calls, emails, and text
messages daily
--- Dedicated follow-up with potential clients. It's vital to
maintain relationships with all leads!
--- Speed to respond is VITAL to your success in the role
--- Follow-up task and organization is where you will make a lot of
your income
--- Oversee the company systems and protocol for the customer and
client experience
--- Manage the customer experience by analyzing to determine how to
strategically place clients on CRM automation plans
--- Manage team agents in our program to ensure they are delivering
quality service. We empower you to choose who you refer
appointments to!
--- Available (only on the phone!) on nights and weekends to accept
new leads (a 5-minute phone call could mean $1,000 for you!) and
answer client questions
--- Be coachable - we know what it takes to be successful in this
role and you have to be willing to be coached for success
--- This is a results-based role - you have daily goals you need to
hit that will guarantee success!
Qualifications:
--- NO real estate experience needed, but must have a Real Estate
License to meet state regulations
--- Must fit into Amen Real Estate culture and follow our systems -
they're awesome!
