The actual compensation offered to the selected individual(s) will depend on their relevant education, training, or experience, among other bona fide factors.This position is eligible for a 10% annual incentive plan.Expected Minimum Pay RateUSD $84,100.00/Yr.Expected Maximum Pay RateUSD $112,450.00/Yr.ResponsibilitiesWhat You Will DoAs the HRIS Analyst for Oracle HCM, you will provide technical support and advice for the use, configuration, and customization of Raley's and Bashas' Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management system. You will provide primary technical expertise to Payroll, HR, Benefits, Labor Relations, and all related systems users. In this role, you will provide leadership or assistance in the implementation of new computer systems and third-party inbound and outbound files/applications. You will evaluate business processes and procedures to create functional and technical solutions.How You Will Make a Difference* In this role, your direct customers are our team members and by providing them with the best service, you can create a positive experience for our external customers as well!* You will be a trusted advisor to your business partners and leverage your knowledge of HR systems to ensure a positive team member experience for every user of our HRIS.* You will partner with others to configure Oracle Cloud HCM by gathering and interpreting user requirements to meet business needs.* In partnership with IT, your HR peers, Payroll, and vendors, you will create specifications for system changes, new functionality, and interfaces to and from other systems.* You will function as a Project Manager and organize and facilitate meetings with HR, Payroll, and/or other peers to determine system goals and capture requirements.* You will be responsible for ensuring accurate information is made available to management and all related functions for review, analysis and decision making and is trusted with highly confidential information* You will troubleshoot production problems, develop alternative solutions, offer recommendations, and influence decisions.* You will use your knowledge of HR and Payroll operations to serve as subject matter expert and provide system consulting regarding Oracle Cloud HCM.* You will generate reports using a variety of reporting tools, e.g. Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), MS Excel (including pivot tables and formulas).QualificationsWho You Are* You can demonstrate business acumen and analytical capabilities, along with the passion to solve problems.* You enjoy collaborating and sharing your insights with others.* Your expert level general HR knowledge inspires others to view you as a trusted business partner.* You are an organized project manager with the ability to provide clear direction to your project team.* You demonstrate knowledge of effective human resources practices, methods and processes.* You are agile and can adapt to the needs of the business with a sense of urgency.* You have fantastic communication skills and huge amounts of drive.* You are passionate about continuous improvement with a strong desire to optimize the use of our HR software.* You are committed to a culture of respect and inclusion, valuing others for who they are and the unique contributions they make.How you align with our FAMILY values:* Fearless: You're not afraid to share creative and bold ideas!* Accountable: You value responsiveness and accuracy.* Memorable: You desire to make a positive and lasting impression on others.* Inspiring: You're positive and adaptable.* Learning: You value learning and aim to engage others to do the same.* YOU: You make a difference by engaging with people and have an innate desire to help.Must HavesMust be willing to work on-site at our Support Center in West Sacramento, CA at least 2 days/weekBachelor's Degree in Business, Information Services, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience with Cloud HCM configurations, reporting, and release update management (ideally Oracle Cloud HCM)Significant experience leading change throughout the implementation of a new HCM solution.Experience with configuration of Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Time Management.Permanent residency in California or Arizona is a condition of employment for this position.
