    job summary:
    Our client is looking for an HRIS Analyst for a permanent opportunity located in Sacramento, CA. This candidate will be work on-site at our client's Support Center in West Sacramento, CA at least 2 days/week.
    This candidate will provide technical support and advice for the use, configuration, and customization of our clent's Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management system. You will provide primary technical expertise to Payroll, HR, Benefits, Labor Relations, and all related systems users.
    In this role, you will provide leadership or assistance in the implementation of new computer systems and third-party inbound and outbound files/applications. You will evaluate business processes and procedures to create functional and technical solutions.

      Must Haves
      Must be willing to work on-site at our Support Center in West Sacramento, CA at least 2 days/week
      Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Services, or a related field
      Minimum of 3 years of experience with Cloud HCM configurations, reporting, and release update management (ideally Oracle Cloud HCM)
      Significant experience leading change throughout the implementation of a new HCM solution.
      Experience with configuration of Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Time Management.
