Description/Comment: Can you lift up to 35lbs throughout the day?
Can you stand for long periods of time? Can you walk throughout the
day? What type of manufacturing/equipment experience do you have?
Can you operate forklift if you are converted to an FTE role in the
future? Any Back End lab experience (Medical packaging, label
printing, washing etc) ?" Duties for the Associate Technician
Production Operations in packaging include: Packaging panels. o
Packaging panels includes loading dryer racks into and out of
dryers. o Unloading panels from dryer racks. o Loading panels onto
the packaging equipment and unloading packaged panels from the
equipment. o Material handling using carts, lifts and pallet jacks
is required. The Technician will be required to follow Company,
Site and Department procedures. This individual will be required to
accurately record information within documentation while
maintaining strict adherence to FDA, GMP and ISO requirements. The
incumbent will perform daily housekeeping of the production areas
and equipment as required. o The Production Technician will be
required to maintain up to date training records, support training
of new employees and comply with all company policies and
procedures. Teamwork, attendance and an ability to adapt to change
are critical for this position. Boundary Condition/Authority Levels
o Normally receives instructions on routine work, detailed
instructions for new assignments, provided by the Lead, Supervisor
or Manger. o Maintain strict adherence to compliance, safety
standards and standard work instructions. o Responsible to ensure
you have the appropriate skill, knowledge and training to perform
the tasks you are assigned. o Communicate any Safety, Quality or
production problem immediately to the appropriate level. PHYSICAL
DEMANDS: o While performing the duties of this job, the associate
will frequently stand (80%), bend, kneel, lift and sit to
accomplish assembly production goals. o The employee is frequently
required to talk and hear; use hands to handle or feel; and reach
with hands and arms at, below and above shoulder height. Using
proper lifting techniques, the employee must be able to lift up to
25 lbs. o Ability to maneuver assembly components by hand in a
repetitive manner conducive to efficiency, job specifications,
safety, and quality goals. o This individual has no responsibility
or authority to conduct any disciplinary action. o They are
required to communicate any issues encountered to appropriate
level. o This individual has authority to stop the production line
and notify the appropriate individual for any concerns involving
Safety, Quality or Production issues. o Support and maintain 5S
activities in manufacturing areas. o Monitor and maintain minimum
Training Requirements in EDMS.

Additional Job Details:TOP QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Physically able and
interested in working in a manufacturing environment (walking,
lifting, moving, gowning) 2. Able to work 4am - 12:30pm PST 3. Able
to work overtime, as needed (on consistent basis) 4. Manufacturing
/ equipment experience is a plus
