Acxiom is looking for a new member to join our Acxiom Workplace Experience (AWE) Team. This role will partner with multiple areas of the business to coordinate solutions that deliver value to stakeholders while resolving specific business problems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - WHAT YOU WILL DO: Plans and monitors business analysis and stakeholder engagement to support project implementation and platform management success Prepares, conducts, documents elicitation; manages complex personal relationships and stakeholder expectations; and negotiatesmutually beneficial outcomes Manages requirements through the requirements lifecycle, including developing and leading project or sub-project plans to implement those requirements Analyzes strategy by mapping current state to future desired state to define a change strategy Specifies, documents, and analyzes requirements to determine potential value and define a recommended solution design Evaluates solutions to measure performance, limitations, and fit for the enterprise to increase solution value Plans, executes, and manages Organizational Change Management projects Manages and leads stakeholder management activities, either independently or through a team. Identifies and prioritizes stakeholder interests, including their requirements and levels of influence - and can develop a stakeholder management plan to support them and gain their support through the planned change(s) Ensures and enforces that business processes, policies,and procedures align with corporate vision Organizes,leads,and facilitates cross-functional project teamson multiple, simultaneous projects WHO YOU ARE A bachelor's degree and/or professional certification and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is desirable Detailed knowledge of business requirements and stakeholder management Experience with businessanalysis and project managementmethodologies Experience managing multiple complex projects/initiatives in parallel through to completion Proven success working with all levels of an organization Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Experience with Agile methodologies, especially Agile Scrum Experience preparing solution and project documentation WHAT WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT: Possess or be actively working towards industry-recognized certifications for business analysis, Agile, or project management Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook,PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint) Experience with AtlassianJIRA Experience with AtlassianConfluence Experience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members' capabilities and skill sets WHO WE ARE - ACXIOM We are leaders in helping brands achieve the number one mantra for every business - know your customer and grow consistently.
