Apply Today!What You Will Be DoingYou will be working closely with our project team to provide an accurate & comprehensive financial analysis on projects. Responsibilities include (not limited to): analyzing documents/blueprints/plans to understand scope of project, determine production factors influencing cost, prepare material/product/labor costs, manage bids, cost analysis, present estimates to management.What You Need for this Position- 5+ years Commercial Construction experience- Bachelors degree preferred- Efficiency in Bluebeam - Experience with healthcare, education, commercial/retail, industrial, public/civil- Design-build experienceWhat's In It for You- Competitive Pay $80-140k DOE- Healthcare, Dental, Vision- 401k Match- PTO & Paid HolidaysSo, if you are a Commercial Estimator with experience, please apply today!Colorado employees will receive paid sick leave.
