Job Description:

An employer is looking for a Business Analyst in the West Sacramento, CA area. This individual will be responsible for gathering requirements and exploring potential solutions as it relates to CRM implementations across one of this companys large healthcare programs. This role will support delivery teams and will interface both with internal stakeholders as well as their client. Additional responsibilities include:Using activity diagrams, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, flowcharts, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, interviews, and workflow analysis to Induce and manage requirements.Provides input into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs and develops business specifications to support these modifications.Facilitates meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.Develop, Maintain, and Implement new and existing CRM functionality including but not limited to; Dashboards, Saved Views, Reports and Knowledge Base Articles.Serve as Primary SME for Business Operations Units with all Facets of CRM. This requires a high-level understanding of all Business Operations Areas to serve as representation for each unit during project sessions or team meetingsAnalyzes and documents client's business requirements and processes and communicates these requirements by constructing conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates from organization.Gathering information from multiple sources and critically evaluating it, reconciling conflicts, disseminating high-level information into details and distinguishing user requests from their true needsDriving and challenging the presumptions of business units on how they will successfully execute their plans.Interpreting business needs of Clients and translating them into the application and operational requirement with the help of strong analytical and product management skills.Establishing the technical vision and analyzing tradeoffs between usability and performance needs by teaming up with developers and subject matter experts. Minimum Requirements-4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role-Experience with gathering requirements from key stakeholders-Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.-Experience with or knowledge of CRM tools and/or healthcare-Experience with business Process re-engineering or business process outsourcing Desired Skills-Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool-Previous experience with Medi-Cal, Medicaid or related managed care plan
