Responsibilities:
--- Drywall, hang, tape and texture
--- Minor electrical
--- Finished plumbing
--- Base and casing
--- Painting
--- Cabinetry repair
--- Minor insulation
--- Tile
--- Carpentry

Qualifications:
--- 2- 5 year experience
--- Valid driver's license and clean DMV record
--- Ability to lift to 50 pounds, climb stairs, ladders, and attics
--- Provide some of your own tools
--- Ability to climb ladders
--- Ability to maintain a clean work site
--- Dependable
--- Reliable
--- Persistent
--- Ability to document and photo job progress
