Responsible for assisting in manufacturing sauce & seasoning.FULL-TIME, LONG-TERM POSITIONNO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!WORKING HOURS * Monday to Friday (little to no weekend work)* 8 30 am to 5 30 pm (may be requested to start earlier)* No graveyard shiftWorkplace safety training and food safety training will be provided on Day 1 of position. Uniforms, PPE, and sanitizers will be provided throughout the workplace.We e-verify and conduct substance testing prior to hiringESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Job responsibilities are not limited to the below list* Assembly line duties - Set up all machinery in the morning before production begins* Assembly line duties - Inspect and test check-weigher machine for accurate scale measurements* Assembly line duties - Measure, record and check data for each production on specified forms.* Assembly line duties - Clean filling machine ad pumps after each production and at end of the day* Kettle duties - Verify the raw materials are in conformance to product recipe.* Kettle duties - Collect samples of materials or products for laboratory testing* Kettle duties - Feed raw materials into machinery* Kettle duties - Calibrate thermometer twice a day* Kettle duties - Ensure temperature, time and mixing requirements are in compliance for each production* Powder area duties - Verify the raw materials are in conformance to product recipe* Powder area duties - Collect samples of materials or products for laboratory testing* Powder area duties - Feed raw materials into machinery* Powder area duties - Packing products into pouches and boxes* Measuring duties - Ensures product production is performed using correct measuring devices and all recipes are followed* Measuring duties - Select and measure accurate ingredients necessary for each production.* Measuring duties - Update specified forms for new lot of ingredients* Measuring duties - Maintain and separate all allergens apart from non-allergenic ingredients.* Measuring duties - Confirm all selected and measured ingredients are accurate for each lot before Kettle team proceed to production* Check inventory and for any equipment, tools, machinery or container damages* Clean workspaces and equipment to meet health and safety standards* Prepare for next day according to production schedule* Complete daily report and any daily, monthly, semi-annual, annual reports* Follow and comply with food, health and occupational safety procedures* Follow and comply with company established procedures and policies* Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work* Aid in prevention and reduction of food safety hazard* Immediately report safety hazardsPHYSICAL DEMANDS* Able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.* Able to work on foot, standing for extended periods of time while completing tasks.Requirements* High school diploma/GED required* Legally authorized to work in the U.S.* English required* Regular and punctual attendance* Ability to listen, follow and execute instructionsBenefitsPaid Sick LeavePaid Time OffCompany HolidayHealth InsuranceDental Insurance* Subject to completing 90 day of introductory period.
