degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience
managing cross-functional or cross-team projects with various
stakeholders and teams. 5 years of experience in program or project
management performing recruiting/talent management in the marketing
industry. Preferred qualifications: 8 years of experience working
in a complex, cross-functional organization. 8 years of experience

team of marketers, strategists, insights specialists, creatives,
producers, and engineers who work together to create exceptional
marketing. The Production and Creative Operations team transforms
creative ideas into seamless execution. Advanced in logistics,
budgets, legal, schedules and project plans, we bring brand
creative to life across a wide variety of platforms. Operations is
at the center of so much of what we do ensuring our projects are on
track and we are able to scale with the business needs that arise.

salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$205,000 bonus
equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level,
and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by
work location and additional factors, including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can

velocity by streamlining vendor onboarding and internal creative
workstreams. Manage Brand Studio budgets, monitor TVC burn rates,
and provide rigorous cost actualization. Lead Quarterly Business
Reviews (QBRs) to communicate the health and efficiency of the team
to leadership. Design and maintain staffing models and tracking
tools to ensure optimal talent allocation and clear communication
of team capacity.
