Job Description:
Position Overview:
Responsible for assisting Service Department and dealers with
warranty and policy procedures and information as well as writing
and processing warranty claims.Work requires attention to detail,
initiative and ability to work independently with minimum
supervision.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is in an
office environment.May use computer keyboard and monitor for over
six hours a day; high volume use of telephone and computer.
