Job Description:

Duration: 3 to 6 months contract with possible extension/hire
Shift: Day Shift 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m

Job Description:
- Reconciles and posts monies collected for the drug rebate program.
- Reviews drug rebate invoice data
- Applies accounts receivable
- Mail invoice and late payment notices letters
- Post, reconcile, and designate payments
- Monitors and maintains control records
- Research and respond to requests for information
- Verify timely performance of drug rebate responsibilities and confirm standards are met
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and under tight deadlines.
- Organizes own tasks and receives general instructions on all work

Responsibilities:
- Mail invoice and late payment notices letters
- Post, reconcile, and designate payments
- Monitors and maintains control records
- Research and respond to requests for information
- Basic knowledge of the administrative methods, and an acumen to develop the required administrative skills of the job
- Data analysis, statistical analysis, decision making, problem solving, critical thinking Experience: 3-5 years accounting experience, i.e., reconciliation, posting and research

Experience:
- 1 - 2 Year's of Work Experience

Skills:
- Claim, ICD, Data Entry, Customer Service, Typing, WPM or 10 key

Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED Preferred Education
