• This will be supporting the incoming MEDICAL claim forms. The forms will be sorted, and scanned and then the errors from scanning will need to be corrected in the form of this data entry team. Expect to be possibly performing all 3 functions in this job. Sorting the incoming claim forms, scanning them, and doing data entry corrections in the system once scanned.
• Must have excellent problem resolution skills to perform research and resolution of claims data entry and timesheet entry. Must have strong knowledge of recognition software, application and other systems required for data entry processing.
• Good verbal and written communications skills, this position requires interaction across multiple teams. Basic PC skills required. Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently.
• Detailed quality oriented and flexible to work overtime on an as-need basis. This position may require resource to work longer hours on peak days based on volumes.Skills:
