As the Application Development Specialist for the FI$Cal Program Support Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the project lead and technical developer for the FI$Cal program in various stages of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Troubleshooting production application issues and performing root cause analysis to implement solutions to fix application defects
  • Developing new processes for the FI$Cal system through collaboration with project stakeholders
  • Supporting custom components (RICEF) in order to maintain and improve the FI$Cal ERP and DGS systems utilizing: PeopleCode, PeopleTools, SQL, Microsoft applications, ServiceNow, SharePoint and Azure
  • Reviewing high-level business requirements to develop impact analysis, multiple solution ideas and estimating work efforts
  • Understanding all business functions to integrate into the FI$Cal ERP and DGS Systems to ensure solutions are devised for customers utilizing the SDLC framework
  • Providing technical support to the business team by gaining an understanding of existing database structure and reviewing technical designs
    We are seeking an Application Development Specialist who has:
    • A four-year degree in Computer Science, Business Management or related field
    • 4 years of application development experience
    • 4 years of experience in PeopleSoft development using PeopleCode, Application Designer and SQL
    • 2 years of experience leading IT project implementations
