detail: Use systematic planning and prospecting to generate sales
Conduct equipment inspections to identify appropriate repairs.
Conduct daily cold calls to generate leads / sales
Conduct daily job site visits to generate leads / sales
Conduct daily sales presentations and demonstrations in order to
create brand awareness.
Identify your territory and create an effective marketing
Create and promote brand awareness in your territory.
Enter your activities into the CRM on a daily basis.
Educational/Experience Requirements: Applicants must have at
least 3 years of outside sales experience, prior experience in
heavy equipment sales is a plus.
Must have Product Support Sales experience Service or Parts
experience at Komatsu, Caterpillar or other dealer preferred.
Must have sales skills to effectively overcome objections and close
the sale Must be a motivated self-starter.
Must be able to fully comprehend hydraulic and electrical
schematics Valid State Drivers License and acceptable driving
Must be able to travel on a regular basis to include overnight
Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug
Work Environment: Sales environment with exposure to heat, cold,
dust, dirt and noise.
Field environment with exposure to adverse weather conditions
including heat, cold, wind, rain, dust and dirt.
Office environment. When visiting the corporate office, business
professional appearance at all times.
