Job Description:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
practical experience. 2 years of experience with software
development in Python programming languages, or 1 year of
experience with an advanced degree. 1 year of experience with ML
infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation,
optimization, data processing, debugging). 1 year of experience
with one or more of the following: natural language processing,
generative AI, ML infrastructure, or specialization in another ML
field. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer
Science, or a related technical field. Experience with LLM prompt
engineering, data analysis, and iterative quality improvement.

salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$211,000 bonus
equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level,

work location and additional factors, including job-related skills,

system development code. Implement solutions in one or more
specialized Machine Learning (ML) areas, utilize ML infrastructure,
and contribute to model optimization and data processing.
Contribute to the development of Large Language Model (LLM) based
tools for generating simulated users and user conversations.
Develop the tools to advance the quality, complexity, and realism
of synthetic context for use in health and home feature
evaluations. Help define metrics and methods for assessing the
quality of synthetic data.
