Life at Visa. Job Description The Sr. Manager is responsible for
the hands-on implementation and integration of AI agents, ensuring
seamless tool integrations (such as with analytics software),
efficient code deployment, and ongoing performance optimization.
This role works closely with the Senior Manager to execute agent
builds, leveraging open-source frameworks for rapid iteration and
operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Agent Implementation:
Lead the hands-on development and integration of AI agents,
ensuring robust functionality and seamless user experience. Tool
Integration: Integrate AI agents with analytics software and other
enterprise tools to enhance platform capabilities. Code Deployment:
Manage code deployment processes, ensuring reliability,
scalability, and compliance with best practices. Performance
Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize agent performance,
identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing
solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Manager and
cross-functional teams to execute agent builds and deliver
high-impact solutions. Open-Source Frameworks: Utilize open-source
frameworks to accelerate development cycles and support rapid
iteration. Testing & Validation: Conduct thorough testing and
validation of agent integrations to ensure accuracy and
reliability. Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of agent
builds, integrations, and deployment processes. Continuous
Improvement: Gather user feedback and drive ongoing enhancements to
agent capabilities and integrations. Team Support: Mentor junior
team members and contribute to a collaborative, innovative work
environment. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in
office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: 8 or more years of relevant work experience
with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an
Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work
experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications: 9 or more years of
relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more
relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters,
MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD Extensive
experience in AI agent development, integration, and deployment in
enterprise environments. Proven ability to implement and optimize
AI agents using open-source frameworks. Strong background in tool
integration, code deployment, and performance optimization.
Demonstrated expertise in testing, validation, and troubleshooting
of AI systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical
skills. Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver
results in a fast-paced environment. Deep understanding of digital
trends, Gen AI Models and technologies, and enterprise platforms.
Team player with a collaborative approach and commitment to
developing talent. Additional Information Work Hours: Varies upon
the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position
requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements:
This position will be performed in an office setting. The position
will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate
in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office

APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is
153,700.00 to 246,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential
sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending
on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills,
experience, and location. In addition, this position may be
eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits
