As we expand our AI capabilities, we are seeking a skilled Staff Data Scientist focused on Conversational AI to join our innovative team. This role is crucial for developing and improving our AI communication systems to enhance customer engagement across all digital platforms, including our chatbots and virtual assistants. Leveraging deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning (ML), you will drive projects aimed at transforming how we connect with customers, creating more personalized and efficient shopping experiences. Develop, deploy, and manage AI models for natural language understanding and generation to power conversational agents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate conversational AI solutions across various digital platforms. Conduct data analysis and testing to enhance the performance and accuracy of AI systems. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI, applying new technologies and methodologies to ongoing projects. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data scientists and engineers.
