Join our growing Distribution team today!!Who are we looking for?Willing to train the right candidate for this role but if you have at least 1yr warehouse experience with electric pallet jack and order selecting (or material handler) we want to meet you!Must be ok with working in fridge and freezer (from 32 to -10 degrees)Shift: Someone who can work a full-time schedule with start time of 6PM and can work until the work is done. (+ incentives and overtime pay)Work week is 4x10hr shiftsSundays areMANDATORYSaturdays are always OFF!Physical ability to handle constant lifting of 90+ poundsPay Rate: $20.25/hr. + FT Benefits & Incentive Pay, and Night PremiumWeekly pay - every Friday!Position Overview:Order selectors are responsible for having a strong understanding of the equipment they use, pick locations in the warehouse, pallet building, productivity measures and safety procedures.Experience (Required):Minimum one year warehouse experienceMinimum one year experience with electric pallet jack, rider pallet jack, or similarMinimum one year experience with order selecting (or material handler)Job Responsibilities and Basic Duties:Operates a double pallet jack throughout the warehouseSelects cases and applies pick labelsObtains work assignmentsWorks in a fast distribution center environmentStacks cases onto palletsInspects equipment and fills out inspection checklistCleans work areaPerformance Measurements:Selector functions are completed in accordance with Company standards and procedures including quality standards and safety regulationsEffective communication and coordination exist with Company personnel and with management.
