  • Performance: Achieving sales and operational goals, managing labor and financial metrics, and marketing the store through community events.
  • Process: Maintaining animal health, merchandise presentation, inventory, safety, and store appearance.Supervision and Work Environment: The GM manages store staff and activities, with periodic performance reviews by the District Manager.
