Job Description:
Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy
Partners. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational
Therapist to help patients in home health regain or improve daily
skills while exploring a new location. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
from an accredited educational program. Active California
Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS
certification may be required from AHA or ARC. Minimum one year of
home health experience required. Experience with HCHB (Homecare
Homebase) documentation required. Ability to meet productivity
expectations: minimum 30 points per week and complete documentation
by 10:00 AM the following day. Preferred: Previous experience
working in Napa County or similar home health territories.
Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift: Days.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts. (Schedule listed as
40 hours per week, M-F 8-5.) Territory: Napa County. Positions
Available: 1. Documentation system requirement: HCHB. Location
