Physical Therapist - Home Health Oakland, CA Specialty: PT
Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $2477 - $2984

of their homes. As a Physical Therapist in this role, you will play
a crucial part in enhancing the quality of life for patients by
providing comprehensive care and support. Your responsibilities
will include: Prioritizing start of care visits and ensuring timely
completion Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants to maintain
high-quality care Reporting start of care visits the next day
Completing clinical notes and documentation within 48 hours of
visits Maintaining timely communication with supervisors, intake,
and office staff Being generally responsive during normal business
hours Requirements for this position include: Active CA PT License
Need 1 year experience in setting Proficiency in using Kinnser
documentation system Ability to work a schedule of 40 hours per
week, Saturday-Wednesday Willingness to expand territory as needed
