experienced Operations Manager to lead and elevate our
multi-disciplinary practice. Job Summary As our Operations Manager,
you will be the strategic backbone of our organizationstreamlining
operations across clinical, spa, and wellness services. Youll
optimize systems, drive profitability, and ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives
in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and has a passion for
operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations
across OB/GYN, MedSpa, and wellness services Develop and implement
strategic and operational goals Design and refine systems and
workflows to boost efficiency and profitability Manage purchasing
and inventory for medical and spa supplies Ensure compliance with
HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations Review insurance
claims and payment processes to maximize revenue Establish and
monitor KPIs across departments Collaborate with clinical and
administrative teams to ensure seamless patient experience
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare
Administration, or related field Proven experience as an Operations
Manager, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting Strong
grasp of organizational effectiveness and operational strategy
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting
Excellent communication and leadership skills Familiarity with EMR
systems, medical billing, and spa management software is a plus Why
