Job Description:
Vi, a premier provider of luxury senior living services, is
seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing
to join our team. This pivotal role supports our mission to deliver
high-quality, personalized care within our high-end continuing care
retirement communities. The successful candidate will work closely
with the Director of Nursing to oversee the daily operations of our
nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of care and
compliance with regulatory requirements. Your leadership will help
us continue to enhance the living experiences of our seniors,
shaping the future of nursing in luxury senior living environments.
Assists the Director of Nursing in managing the nursing staff and
department operations. Ensures compliance with all local, state,
and federal regulations and standards for health care services.
Oversees the implementation of health care plans and coordination
of patient care. Provides training, mentorship, and professional
development opportunities to nursing staff. Monitors patient care
for quality assurance and implements improvements as needed. Helps
in budgeting and maintains operational costs within the parameters
set by the management. Participates in recruitment, hiring, and
evaluation of nursing personnel. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and
accreditation Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR)
systems Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team

401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Certification in Gerontological Nursing or similar is preferred
