Speech Language Pathologist Location: Willows, CA Agency: Clover Health Services Pay: $2,374 per week Shift Information: Evenings - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/19/2026 About the Position Key Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities. - Develop individualized treatment plans for communication disorders. - Administer therapy services for articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders. - Treat swallowing (dysphagia) disorders and eating difficulties. - Develop and implement augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) strategies. - Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. - Consult with physicians, educators, and family members. - Educate families about communication disorders. - Maintain accurate clinical records. - Stay current with evidence-based practices. Certifications/Requirements - Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA required. - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field from CAA-accredited program required. - State licensure (Speech-Language Pathologist License or Certificate) required. - CPR/BLS certification. Experience - Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from CAA-accredited program (2-3 years). - Minimum 400 supervised clinical hours (325 hours during graduate program). - Pass Praxis examination for SLP (score 162 minimum for ASHA). - Complete Clinical Fellowship Year (36 weeks minimum, 1,260 hours). - Pass state licensure examination.
