Qualifications: - Completes necessary education to attain LVN
Licensure in the state of California. - California Licensed
Vocational Nurse upon hire. - National Provider BLS - American
Heart Association within 30 days of hire. - Upon request: Driving
may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to
comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers
will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto
insurance upon request. - 1 year Licensed Vocational Nurse
experience. Preferred Qualification: - 1 year Home Health LVN

Team Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line
within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers
serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics
and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our
seven-state footprint. HCC provides a full range of services and
support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or
life-limiting illnesses. Our core competencies include restorative
