Medical Supply Technician (MST) Location : 3801 Miranda Avenue,
Palo Alto, CA 94304 Period of Performance : 12 Months contract
Citizenship Requirement : US Citizens or Green Card holders only
Work Schedule Multiple 8-hour shift options covering mornings,
afternoons, evenings, and nights. Operations run 24/7; candidates
must be flexible and able to work weekends and holidays. Schedules
are released 2 4 weeks in advance but may be subject to change.
Position Summary We are hiring qualified Medical Supply Technicians
(MSTs) to support healthcare operations in a medical facility.
These individuals will manage medical supply processing, storage,
and distribution, including the use of automated inventory systems.
Services must meet or exceed national care standards. Key
Responsibilities Manage inventory using barcode systems. Monitor
expiration dates and reorder critical supplies. Distribute supplies
across departments, ensuring timely and functional delivery.
Receive and inspect incoming medical supplies. Prepare specialty
carts and clean assigned areas using aseptic techniques.
Communicate effectively with staff and resolve any supply-related
issues. Maintain compliance with internal protocols and procedures.
Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a
related medical supply role. Proficient in English (reading,
writing, speaking, comprehension). Ability to verify education,
certification, and training history upon request. Preferred
Certification : CBSPD or CRCST certification (not mandatory but
