Account Manager -Summary:
-Bullet Guard Corporation, -a subsidiary of Total Security Solutions, is looking for a qualified individual to join our team as a Account Manager. This is a full-time position based in our West Sacramento, CA headquarters and reports to the Sales Manager.As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing superior quality and service, while maintaining the company's high standards when interacting with customers, employees, partners, and vendors. You will serve as the daily point of contact and relationship manager for our clients across the country. We want to leverage your skills and years of experience to drive positive results while ensuring a bright future. -Primary Responsibilities: -

Develop concrete sales techniques utilizing the TSS sales processAchieve quarterly departmental and personal objectives -Answer and make multiple in and outbound calls daily to customers -that are warm clients to TSSEducate the customer on the TSS Proven Process and benefits of our products and servicesRespond promptly to customer inquiries received directly via phone, email or forwarded by other departmentsGenerate accurate proposals, follow up on proposals in a timely manner, and close ordersSubmit orders for processing with complete and accurate informationDocument customer information in database/CRMCreate an action plan and achieve monthly and yearly sales quotas across multiple products and servicesCompetencies and Required Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to sell in a highly competitive industryAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of plant and corporate personnelStrong decision-making skills to address issues effectively and in a timely mannerGoal-oriented and long-range planning aptitude to promote continued success in meeting goalsAbility to influence internal decision-makers in customer facilitiesStrong entrepreneurial spiritAssociate's Degree or 5+ years of experience in business, sales, marketing or a related field
Experience and ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsDetail-oriented and able to focus on multiple tasks at one timeComfortable with technology and proficient with Google Apps and Salesforce CRM preferred -Why Bullet Guard Corporation
