DescriptionPosition Location(s): Remote position. May be based near any of Astound's main markets including: Bay Area and Sacramento, CA; Portland and Woodburn, OR; Greater Seattle and Bothell, WA; Chicago, IL, Austin or San Marcos, TX, Lehigh Valley, PA, Princeton, NJ, New York or other markets.

A Day in the Life of the Wholesale National Sales Manager:


  • Identifies and cultivates Wholesale opportunities within Astound markets
  • Develops and maintains relationships with buyers within the Wholesale market
  • Handles a wide variety of customer support functions to produce sales growth
  • Attends conferences and industry shows to establish and grow client relationships
  • Meets/Exceeds quarterly sales targets
  • Keeps management informed with up-to-date forecasting
  • Develops/attends/schedules QBRs with customers
  • Must develop an understanding of buying criteria for assigned base of accounts
  • Collaborates with internal teams
  • Documents client communications within CRM
  • Travels up to 25% including visiting client sites as needed
  • Other duties as assigned that contribute to team growth and successes

    What You Bring to the Table:

    • Minimum 5 years Wholesale Carrier Sales experience
    • Proven track record in Wholesale and Carrier Sales
    • Ability to Network and Effectively Communicate with C Level Executives
    • Proficient CRM knowledge and use
    • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Product knowledge of E-Access, E-NNI, Wavelengths
    • Must be able to travel, via ground and plane, up to 25%

      Education and Certifications:

      • High school diploma or equivalent

          Base Salary: The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
          Commissions at plan: Targeted commissions are $80,000 annually. Our sales total compensation offers the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
