Job Description:

1. At least five (5) years of experience as the Lead Project Manager (i.e., not Test Project Manager, not Technical Project Manager, not Operations Manager), on a project (not a portfolio) whose aggregate budget was at least $50 million. None of the time within the five (5) years can be spent on concurrent projects.
2. At least five (5) years of experience within the last twenty (20) years as a Project Manager (can be Project Manager over entire project, Test, Technical, or Data but not Operations) managing on a project (not a portfolio) with a budget of at least $10 million. None of the time within the five (5) years can be spent on concurrent projects. None of the 5 years can be included in the first mandatory requirement.
3. Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate, which should be submitted with the Offer.

Desirable Technical Qualifications
It is desirable for the proposed project person to have the following listed experience, knowledge, skills and abilities as evidenced by Attachment II, Proposed Project Person Skill Summary Sheet and resume:

1. Experience serving as a Lead Project Manager (e.g., not Test Project Manager, not Technical Project Manager) on a project (not a portfolio) for a State of California department with a project budget of at least $50 million. None of the time can be spent on concurrent projects.
2. Experience on projects (not portfolio) with a financial system or with a pension/retirement organization.
3. Experience serving as the Lead Project Manager managing a project with a project size of at least 100 resources (can be contractor and client resources and can include part-time resources)
4. Experience on a software platform that requires custom configuration/development on an existing framework (e.g., SAP, Oracle Fusion, Oracle PeopleSoft, etc.
