Responsibilities:
What You Will DoAs the Team Member Relations Manager, you will lead
a team of HR professionals who are responsible for ensuring our
organization's treatment of team members is fair, respectful and
consistent with our Company values and business objectives. In this
role, you will be responsible for monitoring and prioritizing team
member concerns via all channels and overseeing the quality of case
management and the proper assignment within the Team Member
Relations team and to other HR partners. As leader for the team,
the Team Member Relations Manager tracks trends and collaborates
with appropriate teams to design proactive strategies. You will
work on difficult and complex employee relations issues that are
highly sensitive and require a high level of professionalism and
diplomacy. - -How You will Make a DifferenceYou will be responsible
for the delivery of employee relations consultation and
investigative support to over 12,000 team members and leaders
through the leadership of the Team Member Relations Team. You will
develop the policies and procedures used by the company to
communicate employee relations questions, issues and
investigations. You will oversee the Team Member Relations team
responses to requests for information, policy interpretation and
guidance on a broad range of employee relations matters ensuring
the proper identification of solutions and handling of confidential
employee matters and information. You will ensure the casework of
Team Member Relations Specialists are handled consistently and the
investigations are brought to closure rapidly and definitively. You
will provide training to the team on investigative techniques,
interpretation of union contracts and company policies and
procedures. You will investigate the most complex and highly
sensitive HR issues, including: conducting claimant, witness, and
accused employee interviews; analyzing data from various internal
systems; composing investigation reports; proposing remedial action
based on investigation findings. You will consult and collaborate
with business partners, and Legal teams on complex employee
investigations and requests for information.You will independently
manage assigned casework, bringing investigations to closure
rapidly and definitively.You will manage and provide technical
guidance to the Team Member Relations team and create a positive
experience as a servant leader. You will adapt the department plans
and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
applying sound independent judgement and decision-making. You will
apply your understanding of department objectives in design and
implementation of programs, policies and procedures.You will
cultivate a high-performing team and be accountable for the
performance and results of the team.You will use complex problem
solving and data analysis/metrics to identify trends and develop
root cause, corrective actions and reporting dashboards. You will
analyze casework trends to produce strategic, proactive
recommendations to HR and the business to proactively address and
mitigate systemic issues. You will mentor the team on the use of
analysis tools and metrics to identify root causes. You will lead
or participate in analysis and revision of people programs,
policies, and practices to sustain a positive work environment for
Raley's team members.You may lead or coordinate the employee
relations response to crisis-situations impacting team members
(e.g. workplace violence, natural disasters) by organizing EAP
support or other internal resource response to incidents.Who You

Qualifications:
Must HavesBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related
degree with five (5+) years or more of experience in employee
relations or other human resource experience handling employee
relations and routine to complex investigations. - Additionally,
two (2+) or more years of multi-unit HR experience. OR the
equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Some
college in relevant field is preferred. Experience with wide range
of HR investigations including discrimination and harassment
complaint handling as well as involuntary termination handling.
Certification desirable: PHR or SPHR, SHRM-CP or other HR
certification with emphasis on employment and labor law. -PHYSICAL
DEMANDS - Team members may occasionally experience the following
physical demands for extended periods of time:Driving - ocassional
travel about 25% of the time to various store sites for meetings,
trainings, and/or investigationsKeyboarding and monitor useExtended
