What You Will Do The Marketing Operations Specialist provides
creative services project management of successful campaigns and
deliverables. In this job, you would be responsible for
synchronizing all marketing and media project elements from
inception to completion including the management of deadlines,
trafficking creative assets, orchestrating tasks, developing
solutions, and mitigating risks. As the Marketing Operations
Specialist, you will manage day-to-day coordination with key
stakeholders and communicates effectively with cross-functional
partners to organize workflows and build consensus and
accountability to meet project deadlines. How You will Make a
Difference You will oversee a variety of campaigns and project
lifecycles from inception to completion including brief
development, schedule creation, file release and delivery,
leveraging Wrike project management software.You will manage the
requests from multiple stakeholders while also managing internal
Marketing resourcesYou will help us tell our story of how "we
change the way the world eats, one plate at a time"
Who You Are:
- You have a strong attention to detail and superior
organizational skills.
- You can multi-task, scope project requirements, prioritize and
manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
- You like to collaborate with others to gather necessary
information needed to execute on campaign plans and
strategies.
- You have the ability to translate overall business and
marketing requirements into concrete goals, strategies and project
plans.
- You like to provide advice to business partners on marketing
tactics (e.g., digital marketing, emails, banner ads, print, insert
catalogs, etc.) and sets production process timelines (e.g. video
and photoshoot), creative lead times and strategies.
- You have experience creating omni-channel marketing briefs for
various projects.
- You are comfortable conducting meetings meetings with key
stakeholders.
- You have know how to use software applications such as Wrike,
Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- You may have basic knowledge of Wordpress or Bloomreach content
management.
- You have knowledge of merchandising principles and practices.

Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public
Relations preferred with a minimum of three or more (3+) years of
marketing department or agency experience.
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with managing projects for digital content such as
websites, social media, online advertising, and email
campaigns.
- Experience in retail and advertising for Business-to-Consumer
preferred. Physical Demands - Employees may occasionally experience
the following physical demands for extended periods of time:
- Sitting; frequent sedentary work.
- Viewing computer monitor;
- Color perception
- Keyboarding; use of fingers to make small movements such as
typing and mouse usage.
- Limited travel for field recruiting events, mainly new store
