We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all facility and equipment maintenance operations, ensuring maximum efficiency, safety, and reliability. Responsibilities Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation of production and facility equipment. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Oversee troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades of mechanical, electrical, and packaging systems. Manage vendor relationships for parts, equipment, and contracted services. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Must-Have Skills Strong leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing or beverage production environment. Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, including packaging equipment. Ability to develop and manage preventive maintenance programs. Knowledge of OSHA standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting automated control systems. Prior background in the beverage, food, or packaging industry . Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Welding, fabrication, or machining experience. Strong computer skills for maintenance tracking systems and inventory management.
