Job Description:
Under the direction of the Printing Plant Superintendent (PPS),
in the Electronic Pre-Press Unit, the position is responsible for
analyzing, developing information related to Legislative Journals
and performing a wide range of difficult tasks associated with the
development and completion of the California Legislature Journals,
California legislative Parliamentary style procedures, and format
guidelines.
Conflict of Interest:
This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code.
The position is responsible for making or participating in the
making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a
material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is
required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment.
