PortfolioSan Diego, CaTasks:As a member of the Miltenyi Biotec
team, you will be responsible for the product management of defined
clinical products and serve as a product resource by understanding
product specifications, capabilities, and availability.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the training and
successful launch of new clinical products to the field. As a
result of your ability to perform market research and monitor
competitive activity, you will support the continued success of
Miltenyi Biotec as a whole.Among other responsibilities, you
will:Work with the Marketing team to develop pre-launch and launch
plans for new products for US and Canada.Develop rolling sales
forecasts for new and current products.Partner with HQ and Supply
Chain to define/understand current and future inventory levels and
ensure that inventory allocation is aligned with business
goals.Ensure timely customer communications regarding any impactful
product changes.Conducts limited business analyses and reviews with
clear measurable metrics to evaluate product performance.May work
with the Marketing team to design and execute targeted
multi-channel technology marketing campaigns.May work with the
Marketing team to develop tactics, tools, logistics, campaigns,
basic messaging and positioning to support sales and revenue
objectives of organization.Start to learn about basic pricing
concepts.Start to understand basic customer needs and concepts
behind selling and sales calls.Start to learn about
product/competitor positioning and how to position to address key
customer needs.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in a life science
related discipline and 0-2 years experience in a science field
related to product line marketing and ability to demonstrate
in-depth technical knowledge; or equivalent combination of
education and experience. Clinical background preferred.Ability to
operate a computer with Windows--- operating system, Outlook---
email, Maximizer or other CRM databases, internet, and basic MS
Office--- products.Please note that this position may require

controlled facility without exposure to extreme hot or cold
temperatures. Generally, this job is performed in a sanitized
laboratory setting and routinely uses standard medical and research
equipment such as biosafety cabinets, CO2 incubators, centrifuges,
pumps, bioreactors, microscopes, and computers. While performing
the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to
blood, viruses, bacteria, body fluids and other tissues. Employees
entering and leaving the laboratory must wear appropriate clothing
and protective equipment such as masks, glasses, and gloves. The
